Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the team to deliver suitable service or products accordance to customers’ requests on Calls & Live Chat services in efficient manner;
- Ensure the effectiveness of workflow and smooth daily operations of different channels (Calls and Live Chat platform);
- Oversee team performance to ensure the team meeting the targets and compliance with company’s standard;
- Cross-teams communication for coordinating, updates and alignment on workflow;
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports;
- Motivate the team for operation efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned;
Requirement:
- High Diploma holder or above;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service with 2-3 year experience in team management (call center working experience is an advantage);
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with positive attitude;
- Strong on handling online chatting platforms;
- Good analytical skills, data driven and excellent business acumen;
- Familiar with MS office (including Word, Excel, Power point, Chinese word processing);
- Immediate availability is preferred;
