Job Description
Our client, a Japanese ICT solution company, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team:
Job duties:
- Answering customer’s enquiry through telephone/ email/ live chat
- General service support
- Counter Services
- 透過電話/電子郵件/即時聊天回答客戶的詢問
- 一般服務支援
- 在顧客服務櫃檯提供服務
Requirements:
- 1-year solid experience in customer service
- Good computer & networking (routers / LAN / wireless) support knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 1年客戶服務經驗
- 良好的電腦和網路知識
- 熟練使用 MS Office
- 良好的英語、粵語和普通話的書面和口語能力
