Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and rewards strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels, benefits, and incentive structures against industry standards and competitors
  • Liaise with parent company HR and provide guidance to subsidiaries on the implementation of group initiatives. 
  • Analyze compensation and reward proposals from subsidiaries, and provide professional advice and guidance to improve their compensation design and cultivate the pay-for-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, senior management, and finance to design and implement annual compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints
  • Monitor market trends and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits, providing recommendations and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop effective rewards modelling, such as annual bonuses, share option plan, and long-term incentive plans, etc for eligible employees
  • Support the annual budgeting process by providing data and insights related to compensation costs and trends.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation and rewards

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience gained from a sizeable company, with a minimum of 3 years at a supervisory level.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong's Labour Ordinance and MPF regulations. 
  • Understanding of Mainland labour ordinance and practices is a definite advantage. 
  • Sensitive to figures and attentive to details. High proficiency in Excel and other data analytical tools. 
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, communication, and influencing abilities.  
  • Able to work independently on problem solving.  
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.  
  • Candidate(s) with more experience maybe considered for Senior Manager
