Job Description

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including compensation & benefits administration, payroll, taxation, leave administration, recruitment and selection, and more.
• Prepare monthly and annual HR reports for management review.
• Liaise with operations/department representatives to understand their recruitment needs.
• Maintain the employee database, ensuring all personal records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Hands-on payroll experience, including incentive and various allowances calculation, is an advantage.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant HR Officer role.
