Job Function：Mechanical Engineering

Design & optimise mechanical structures that are essential to the functionality, safety of building;
Work closely with Electrical and Civil Engineers to ensure mechanical systems and building components are integrated and operate seamlessly into the building design;
Perform mechanical simulation and tolerant analysis to optimize package designs, materials selection and assembly processes;
Design and implementation of buildings and structures, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc;
Deal with the design, development, maintenance of mechanical structures;
Build archive libraries of all the existing and new mechanical hardware drawings;
Optimise building structures to reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs;
Design mechanical parts, modules and subsystems to support the design of whole systems;
Optimize mechanical components to meet the needs of building occupants and reduce energy consumption;
Monitor and control project performance against budget, schedule, safety, and quality;
Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to stakeholders and make recommendations based on their findings;
Other ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
