What you’ll do

• 監控前線保安日常工作
• Monitoring daily operations for frontline security personnel team
• 保安人手調配及編更安排
• Assist to scheduling daily operations for frontline security personnel team
• 大樓外圍及樓層巡邏打鐘
• Perform security patrolling for outdoor area & superstructure
• 監察保安系統
• Monitor the security monitoring system including CCTV, etc.
• 處理緊急事故、報告及記錄
• Provide the solutions for emergency cases, reporting & recording
• 跟進投訴以合乎所需標準
• Follow up the complaints from client for service enhancement and reach the expected standard

Key Qualifications

• 持高級文憑或以上
• Holder of Higher Diploma or above academic qualification
• 保安主任—需8年相關保安經驗或前紀律部隊經驗(其中2年主管經驗)
• As a Security Officer, candidates should have minimum 8 years of security or discipline force experience with 3 years of supervisory level experience
• 助理保安主任—4年相關保安經驗或前紀律部隊經驗(其中2年主管經驗)
• As a Assistant Security Officer, candidates should have minimum 4 years of security or discipline force experience with 2 years of supervisory level experience
• 持有效保安人員許可證及QASRS證書
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and Certificate of Quality Assurance System Compliance
• 持有效急救證書優先
• Holder of First Aid Certificate is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• 良好粵語、懂讀寫中英文
• Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading & writing in Chinese and English
• 基本電腦文書工作
• Familiar with basic computer skills & MS Office applications
• 勤勞、有責任心、客戶服務精神
• Hardworking, responsible and customer oriented
• 良好人際技巧和溝通技巧
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 可即時上班優先
