Our client “EV Cargo HK Limited'' is seeking a Commercial Assistant (Portuguese) to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Handle sales operations; administrations and documentations
• Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, sales appointments
• Prepare quotations and sales related supporting documents
• Prepare analytical and regular reports for the Management
• Assist in ad hoc administrative and commercial tasks as assigned

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good command of Portuguese is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Independent, self-motivated, analytical with attention to details
• Hard-working, willing to learn, detail-oriented and good sense of responsibility
• Good command of computer skills: MS Office; Chinese & English typing (Photoshop, AI and other design related software etc. is an advantage)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
