The Company

Our client is a sizable MNC Insurance firm and is urgently looking for an Assistant Accountant to join the company. This is a 12-month renewable contract position. Candidate with immediate availability is highly preferred.

The Role

• AP: Prepare and process payments with high attention to accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
• Support AR and credit collection operations
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting process
• Assist in month-end closing process
• Perform ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

• Candidate with experience in accounting/financial experiences is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediate available/ short notice period is highly preferred
