Forest Hills Lab (FHL) is a dynamic biotech company headquartered in Hong Kong with two divisions comprised of Therapeutics and Aesthetics. FHL Therapeutics division is engaged in drug development for neuro-degenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases as well as traumatic brain injuries, including phase 1 and 2 clinical trials with the US FDA. FHL Aesthetics division is focused on manufacturing and distributing medical-grade aesthetics products such as HA fillers, skin boosters and meso serums, etc. Recently, FHL is also affiliated with an AI-digital application business for healthcare services, namely Embrace Healthcare Lab, and an innovative aesthetic clinic franchise platform, Dr. Kudos Lab. FHL and its affiliated companies are part of the portfolio companies under Mstone biotech platform which incubates and manages a number of bio-pharma companies in the US and Asia.
FHL, Dr. Kudos Lab and Embrace healthcare Lab are all established and managed by a bio-tech platform, Mstone which is focused on developing drugs, technologies and services across healthcare industry in a hub-and-spoke business model with a number of portfolio companies.
We are looking for a talented and passionate sales professional in FHL Aesthetics division with close synergies with other businesses under Mstone platform. There may be competitive compensation packages, including attractive equity-linked programs.
Key Responsibilities App Development – Data analytics – User acquisition and growth
- Lead as Product Owner in the development cycle
- Requirements Gathering: conduct user interviews, document, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Backlog Management: Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is refined and prioritized.
- User Stories: Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Data analytic on App user statistics, in-app statistical model, derive app KPI
- Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-up, etc).
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Project Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst with App experience.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
