（一）工作職責 Job Description

1.負責公司各類中英文合同和法律文檔的審核，為公司合資、並購、船舶建造、租賃、融資等重大項目提供法律支援。

Draft and review various contracts and legal documents in both English and Chinese, provide comprehensive legal support and services for cross border M&A, commercial transactions, shipbuilding, chartering and financing projects. 

2.負責各類海商、海事法律糾紛、保險理賠（包括船殼、P&I、FDD等）案件的處理、上報、匯總分析等工作。

Handle various maritime and marine disputes, insurance claims (including H&M,P&I,FDD etc.)

3.負責公司合規管理體系建設和完善工作，開展合規檢查，組織合規培訓，宣傳合規文化，建立、完善公司風險管理、內部控制體系，開展風險識別、評估，跟蹤應對措施落實，組織開展內控評價、監督、整改等相關工作。

Improve company's compliance system, conduct compliance related work including but not limited to compliance check, training, etc. Establish and improve the risk management and internal control system, carry out risk identification and evaluation, follow up risk control measures, organize internal control evaluation, supervision and rectification work.

4.跟蹤、研究有關法律法規、國際公約、政策的制定和變化。

Follow up and study relevant laws, regulations, international conventions and policies.

5.處理其他法律事務管理工作。

Perform other tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned under the instruction of the manager.

（二）任職資格 Job Specification

1.全日制大學法學、海商法、或航運相關專業本科或以上學歷，有相關航運專業背景者優先；

Bachelor’s degree or above in law, maritime or marine field, shipping related background will be preferred; 

2.具備中國或普通法國家(或地區)司法職業資格或律師資格優先；

With legal professional qualification or lawyer’s certificate in China or a common law jurisdiction will be an advantage;

3.具備良好的普通話及英語日常、專業表達和書寫能力；

Good command in both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin);

4.具有較強的責任心和良好的溝通能力，做事積極主動；

Strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills; 

5.愛國愛港，有香港工作簽證者優先（含專才、優才、高才、iang）。

Love China and Hong Kong, with Hong Kong working visas such as ASMTP, QMAS, TTPS, IANG will be preferred.
