Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site measurements with client’s project teams, prepare and submit the assessments according to the contract requirements
• Assist in monitoring the project productivity, budget and progress of direct labour and subcontractor workforce etc.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and service providers in handling various project-related documents including quotations, purchase orders and final bills, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in engineering/commercial disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Exposure and knowledge of the construction, energy infrastructure and power industries is a plus
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Excel and Word
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• A responsible driver with valid driving license (Class 1 & 2)
• Holder of a Construction Workers Registration Card and a Green Card
