Job Description

The Role

As the Regional Growth Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing and business development initiatives. Reporting to the Partners of the legal firm, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and more
  • Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, proposals, and client communications; Maintaining and updating the firm's website, social media channels, and other online platforms
  • Providing administrative support for marketing and business development activities, including scheduling partners’ calendar, including scheduling meetings  and appointments, budgeting, and project management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls and written correspondences 
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other documents; Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations; business travel is required
  • Collaborating with the legal team to gather and showcase client success stories and firm achievements; collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as corporate service providers and vendors
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact the firm's marketing efforts

 

Qualifications and Experience
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a legal environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including website management, social media, email marketing, and analytics
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for the legal industry and a desire to contribute to the firm's growth and success
