- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing, training, and administrative tasks
- Motivate and monitor operations to ensure flawless execution, profitability, and excellent guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs, build rapport, coach staff, assess equipment/inventory, monitor costs, and provide reports

Required skills and experience:
- 6-15 years of experience as a assistant restaurant manager/restaurant manager in a fine dining restaurant.
- Candidates holding a degree/advanced diploma in hotel management or related disciplines are preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin & English.
