Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to office and retail shop end user on IT related request
• Setup and configure IT peripherals
• Perform management of hardware and software inventory
• Prepare and maintain documentation of procedures, user manuals
• Liaise with vendors for IT resolution
• Report to IT Head and complete ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Information System or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Retail, FMCG business
• Familiar with Windows platform and Office365.
• Good Attitude, be patient and willingness to learn and will work extra hours when necessary.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferable
