Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of AI software developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

- Develop and implement AI software development strategies in line with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver AI software products.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and security protocols in AI software development.

- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.

- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the AI software development team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in AI software development, with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data processing techniques.

- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards success.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for AI software development.

- Experience with AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Prior experience in managing AI software projects from conception to delivery.
