Job Description

Department/ Cluster: Procurement and Materials Management Department, Kowloon East Cluster (UCH/ Off-site Store of P&MMD, UCH in Kwai Chung, New Territories, H.K.)

Pay: HK$15,503 - HK$19,592 per monthUp to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:1. Carry out procurement and materials management activities in accordance with the HA Procurement and Materials Management Manuel.2. Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure the right goods and services are delivered efficiently.3. Handle goods receiving and follow up on goods delivery.4. Perform asset stock-taking in wards and departments.5. Carry out general clerical duties such as data input, answering of email and telephone enquiries, report generation, and document filing.6. Provide administrative support to supervisors in the daily operation of the unit.7. Collect, verify and compile statistics and reports.8. Assist in supervision of supporting staff.9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements:
1.  F.5/ S.5 with (a) or (b) below:
(a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or equivalent;
OR
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
     (i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
     (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;
