• Report to the Director of IT

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement IT strategies to support the company's daily operation and business expansion.
• Proactively collaborate with all levels of business users to understand their requirements and provide analytical consulting and coaching to them.
• Propose IT solutions to enhance the company's competitive advantage.
• Monitor IT project progress to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality deliverables aligned with preset standards.
• Manage change requests, resource allocation, and task prioritization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee external vendors and outsourcing service providers.
• Lead and motivate team members to successfully achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in sizable organization
• Proficient knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong mindset in the field of cybersecurity.
• Advanced understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.Analytical mindset with strong business acumen, capable of translating user requirements into practical IT solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Strong leadership skill, organized and enthusiastic, with a proven ability for rapid learning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in an understandable manner to business stakeholders.
