Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising Digital Platforms and Strategy: Manage and enhance digital platforms and social media channels, and oversee the social media strategy for a consistent brand image and increased brand exposure.
- Executing Digital Marketing and PR: Plan and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media), develop and distribute PR materials, and execute PR events and campaigns.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, identify trends, evaluate competitor data, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Work with internal teams and external partners to implement marketing operations and achieve objectives.
- Operational Supervision and Budget Management: Supervise digital marketing operations, manage the marketing budget, and ensure resources are allocated properly.
- Performance Analysis and Support: Compile performance reports and assist with various marketing tasks and projects as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing and strengthening all owned digital platforms with consumer touch-points including social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Xiaohongshu as well as company website for maintaining brand image.
- Supervise the social media strategy across the Kowloon Dairy corporate
family, including Headquarter in HK and subsidiaries in mainland China. - Initiate, plan, and oversee digital marketing strategies and activities including SEO, SEM and social media marketing to deliver business objectives.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of
development in digital marketing. - Supervise the organization and execution of PR events and campaigns.
- Assist in managing the assigned budget to ensure it is allocated appropriately.
- Compile regular monitoring and tracking reports to analyze digital platform performance and assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.
- REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, E-commerce, Communications or related disciplines. - At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing including e-commerce, website management, SEM & SEO, social media, content marketing, web analytics tools and reporting, a good mix of agency and client side experience is preferred.
- Competence and experience with content management systems.
- Creative and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed-minded and self-motivated with strong sense of accountability, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
