Our client, a well-kown IT System Integrator in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Provide system maintenance and support for application systems
• Address user inquiries and resolve them promptly
• Investigate and rectify application issues, managing unexpected service requests
• Carry out system integration testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with standards and quality control protocols
• Create and update system documentation as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor or above in computer science or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ IT experience in end-user support
• Strong technical and problem solving skills
• Solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines 
• Experience in Microsoft .Net / Azure / SQL Server / Xamarin / Power BI / UiPath / Nintex / React Native / PHP / Java / HTML5 (Securing a few of these skills would be advantageous)
• Fluent Cantonese, good Mandarin and English
• Willing to provide support in non-office hour when necessary
• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Immediately available is preferable
