Job Description:

• Formulate and execute sales & marketing strategy for the assigned product portfolio to achieve company sales and profit targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key accounts, understanding their needs and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities
• Lead the team to implement integrated marketing communications campaign, from online and offline, social media, sales channel, to event such as exhibition
• Product Management functions like inventory control, pricing, compliance, packaging design, etc
• Lead and Manage the promoters team to execute strategic sales plan to achieve sales target
• To proactively monitor the external market to understand the marketing, digital environment and latest trends and drive new direction of digital strategy
• Be a good team player and perform any ad-hoc project assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Sales and Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in online channels (e.g SEM / SEO, Website, Social Media, display advertising and digital campaigns) to achieve marketing objectives is preferred
• Experience in CRM and Digital Marketing Project Management such as website promotion, email advertisement, Facebook advertising is preferred
• Solid experience in copywriting for SEO is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM or equivalent tools
• Good communication skills, presentable, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
