Responsibilities:

• Operation support to Stores, Warehouse and Office users
  Providing support via phone, message chat and email (include on-site support both HK and Macau)
• Troubleshooting and resolving end user issues with Operating System (OS: Windows and Mac)
• Assist in installation and maintenance of hardware and software
• Supporting Microsoft 365 & Office, Exchange, VPN, Mobile devices, printer
• Travel to Store branches for onsite support is required
• Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• Experience in daily operation support is an advantage
• Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
