This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the well-established multinational companies in the toys industry as a key performer in the supply chain team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing optimal supply chain processes and solutions.

Reporting to the department head, a typical day will include the following:-

• Review the operational process and Identify opportunities for improvement by implementing new digital solutions and streamlining processes
• Build connections and partnerships with Global Digital Transformation program teams
• Establish a systematic approach for documenting processes
• Establish a project structure and methodology based on industry standards and educate other teams on effective project management practices.
• Lead the Supply Chain team to map as-is processes and corresponding problem areas
• Collaborate with IT team to implement and enhance technical solutions, ensuring sufficient resources and support for successful project outcomes.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand their specific needs and align on desired outcomes, adapting to market-specific requirements as needed.
• Lead and organize projects according to established methodologies, ensuring proper governance and progress tracking.

We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, analytical and has good project management and communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 10 years + of project management experience in Supply Chain/IT/Operations
• Experience in trading/sourcing offices with 3 years of experience leading change management
• Strong understand of manufacturing operations
• Experience in continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Familiar with the SAP system
• A proactive and flexible team player who can work independently and solve problems.
