Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily property management activities and ensuring the seamless operation and service in super Grade-A residential estate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and occupants promptly addressing any inquiries or requests.
• Supervise and lead the building management team in professional and harmony manner for purpose of achieving Company goal as one-team.
• Maintain a supreme standard of service delivery to the estate and landlord’s rental units.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Technical Service Department to oversee property repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the Asset Management Department for the matters of the Company’s lease properties.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure the provision of top-quality services standard.
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and perform any other necessary duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines.
• Possess a valid PMP (Tier 1) License.
• Membership in MHKIH / MCIH / MRICS / HKIS / RPHM is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the property management / hospitality sector.
• Familiarize with BMO, DMC, PMSA requirements and other relevant ordinances.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Strong customer service mindset with good teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing high-end residential properties or hotel experience will be considered a significant advantage.
