Job Role

• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaising with clients, architects, utilities and consultants on all E&M matters for our building construction projects
• Oversee and inspect building services work carried out by contractors/sub-contractors to ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems and related works meet the project, legislative and safety requirements

Requirement

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in building projects ranging from commercial mixed use development to residential, preferably with main contractors
• With experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison and project management are essential
• Good technical knowledge in either Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Project Engineer
