Job responsibilities: 

• Conduct daily operations in Pick-up, Drop-off and other service areas 
• Coordinate with customers on operation system and main contractor on emergency stop reset, system failure handling and management of a manual operation station
• Report for duty in the event of emergency and abnormal operations
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor  

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE
• At least 1 year of system operation or car park management
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and conversant in simple English Chinese and Putonghua
• Basic computer skill
• Shift duty is required
