Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and monitoring the operations and service quality of Prestige Centre
• Develop and champion one-stop service at Prestige Centre
• Deliver quality services to Premier Distribution Channel, in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Cashier Team to ensure new business operations is smooth to achieve company goals
• Handle disputes and customer complaints, resolve with priority in accordance to the committed service standard
• Review workflows, procedures and systems to increase productivity and improve efficiency
• Participate in any projects as assigned

Working experience, Academic background & Required knowledge:

• Degree Holder or above
• IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 will be preferred, company will provide related support
• Good knowledge in MCV business 
• Familiar with new business daily operations and regulatory requirement
• With strong ability to cope with fast and dynamic pace, remarkable organizing and problem solving skill
• Customer-focused, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Chinese and Putonghua
• Ability to think and act independently without close supervision
