Responsibilities:

• Analyze project delivery strategy and commercial environment to determine the most suitable procurement plan.
• Maintain and update Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the latest prices and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Monitor material/service quality, handle supply chain issues, and escalate problems to the relevant teams.
• Execute the supplier management role, including relationship management, negotiations, contract management, and delivery quality control.
• Utilize procurement IT systems to conduct sourcing and bidding processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, fulfill strategy and performance targets, and maximize supplier value across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of procurement experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's IDC business and experience in IDC partner resource sourcing, able to develop sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Preferably with Data Center procurement, engineer or project management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to establish and maintain cooperative relationships in a multicultural work environment.
• Demonstrated integrated decision-making skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a highly disciplined, independent, resilient, self-motivated, service-oriented, and positive attitude. 
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English, with Mandarin as an advantage.
