Office Hours: 4.5 working days, 0900-1800, Monday to Friday (Wednesday half day)

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls and outbound calls (warm calls) to welcome content with customers.
• Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance and daily targets.
• Provide quality service and assistance to customers and handle complaints professionally.
• Identify opportunities to retain customers during interactions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1 year of working experience in call center and customer services experience are highly preferred.
• Able to work under pressure, independently and have good communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
