Broaden Leisure Outlets Company Limited is leading famous gift shop in Hong Kong market as a fast growing company. We are looking to hire an experienced Purchasing Assistant.

Responsibilities:
* Follow-up purchase orders with suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery
* Follow up from quotation, sampling and order processing
* Update order report and material report periodically
* Follow-up product development, purchasing and sampling
* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

* Form 5 or above with 1 years in purchasing working experience
* Verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Good communication skill and PC knowledge such as Word, Excel & Power Point
* Efficient, well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
* Immediately availability is preferable
* Able to work overtime when necessary
