Responsibilities

- To design new systems or find solutions for existing system problems, and prepare estimates; 

- To assist in Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and refrigeration systems; 

- To monitor and coordinate all works between suppliers, sub-contractors, and builders; 

- To maintain regular reports on HVAC program progress; 

- To implement safety procedures; 

- To implement site administrative systems and maintenance of all site records; 

- To resolve HVAC issues independently. 

Requirements

- Degree holder of M&E Engineering or Building Services Engineering; 

- Min. 5 years or above solid experience in the HVAC field; 

- Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD; 

- Green Card holder; 

- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A), or (Grade B) will be an advantage.

Work Time

- 5.5 days a week

- Monday ~ Friday 8:00-16:30

- Saturday 8:00-12:00
