Our client “Fleming International Ltd" is seeking a Finance Manager to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Report to the CFO.  Oversees the finance team of all functions and maintain internal control safeguards in an efficient manner 
• In charge issuance of statutory report 
• In charge in yearly audit and quarterly review  
• Provide timely financial and management reports 
• Review and consolidate financial reports from overseas offices.  
• Monitors daily accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness related to general ledger  
• Oversees fixed asset register 
• Liaise with external auditors and professionals 
• Review and analyze project financials  
• Collaborate with other teams  
• Assisting in company secretarial duties 
• Ad hoc assignments 
• Implementation of efficient internal control systems to mitigate risks 
• Implementation efficient tax planning mechanism to support the Group development plan 
• Timely comply the tax submission 

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline 
• Professional Accounting Qualification 
• A minimum of 3 years in accounting experience with at least 1 year of managerial experience  
• Experience in system implementation 
• Trading and Manufacturing industry experience is preferred 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across different levels 
• Proactive, independent, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office 
• Knowledge in Peachtree, Flex Accounting is preferable
