Job Description
Job Requirements:
- University Degree holder
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in human resources and administrative management in sizable factory of Southern China, long service in PRC manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Specialization in recruitment, compensation & benefits and training functions will be favorably considered.
- Effective people management skills particularly for interpersonal, communication and presentation techniques required.
- Experience in Canteen, Security, Dormitory and Car service management is an advantage.
- Compliance, responsible, cautious and prudent mindset, Well-organized ability with analytical and sensitive to figures required.
- Able to improve performance appraisal system in the factory. Equipped and led HR department with China’s labor contract and handle disputes effectively.
- Able to work on team base and under pressure, and often meet tight job schedules assigned from time to time
- Proficiency in writing and ability to communicate in English and / or Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) will definitely be good asset
- Station in Southern China
- Candidate with more experience will also be considered as Senior Manager of Human Resources
