A leading international law firm with a higly-regarded corporate practice is seeking a Paralegal to join them. You will be working with leading MNCs, fortune 500 and banking institutions on general commercial, US/HK IPO and M&A transactions. They are particularly renowned for its corporate practice, handling some of the largest and most complex corporate transactions.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in reviewing, drafting and preparing legal documents for capital markets (ECM, DCM), M&A, and general corporate transactions
• Conduct company and legal research to support deals
• Prepare due diligence memoranda and verification notes, and provide support throughout IPO transactions
• Liaise with external clients and auditors etc.

 Requirement

• 0.5-2 years of paralegal experience 
• LLB Degree holder from a top University is essential
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is essential
