If you enjoy:
 

• Assist in handling Japan-related affairs and paperwork
• Manage executive's calendar and prioritize meetings and appointments
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the General Management Department, including human resources and administrative work support
• Willing to handle multi-tasks and ad hoc assignment is required

If you are:
 

• Above bachelor's Degree
• Fluent in Japanese for business communication
• Having studied or worked in Japan
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Efficient, flexible, upbeat candidate with strong communication and coordination skills
