Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about our testing and certification services, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments, coordinating on-site visits, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our ERP & CRM software
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and our service offerings to provide informed support to customers
- Seek continuous improvement by actively participating in training programs and sharing valuable feedback
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, science stream preferably but not a must.
- Candidates with degree holder or experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in the testing and certification industry may be considered as Customer Service Executive or above
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & other PC applications
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediately available is highly preferred
