• Manage resources and act as a thought leader in the technology space for IT infrastructure projects and operations in the Hong Kong office
• Gather requirements from senior business stakeholders to define and manage strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans for the projects
• Support regional IT directions and implement local IT policies
• Review and manage manpower, budget, and timeline based on project priorities
• Assign tasks, mentor, and motivate local team, offshore teams, or 3rd party vendors to ensure on-time delivery with a positive outcome

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, operation, and team leadership
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in MNC and collaborating with overseas teams
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, including but not limited to system administration, networks (WAN/LAN), servers, data centers, security, virtualization, etc.
• Solid experience in strategic planning and developing IT roadmaps
• Experience in budgeting, change management, project management, team management, and 3rd party vendor management
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must; Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Good communication skills and business mindset, with the ability to manage relationships with business stakeholders
• Holding PMP/ITIL/CCNA certification is a plus
