Hong Leong Insurance (Asia) Limited ("HLIA") Co., Limited, is a registered insurance company in Hong Kong. Responsibilities

• Handle personal line claims including but not limited to Travel, Home, Hospital Cash, Personal Accident, Domestic Helper etc.
• Prepare relevant reports within timescales;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Secondary Education or above, with ANZIIF Associateship or ACII qualification is preferable;
• 1-2 years' claims experience in general insurance company;
• Pro-active case management with control of claim costs;
• Customer service oriented with the competence to handle customers complaints;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Knowledge in AS400 or SAS is a plus.
