Responsibilities

• Direct report to Managing Director 
• Formulate and implement the talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with management to identify and develop HR strategies for the team including talent development and manpower planning
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Work close with Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and the Retail Operations team
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources field, preferably from Health & Beauty, Retail, or FMCG industries
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
• Exhibit a strong business acumen mindset, capable of driving strategic solutions, influencing decision-making, and building strong relationships within a matrix environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office applications 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
