Role Purpose:

As a Credit Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned accounts & create new accounts.

A typical day in the Role:

• Assist in monitoring Account Receivable collection process
• Ensure the team to input all daily payment receipts for online & offline collection
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing
• Handle system UAT and ad hoc projects
• Work with collection team to make sure all settlement on closing schedule
• Ad hoc project assigned

Success will depend on:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Receivable, experience in FMCG as preferred
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in MS Excel and experience on Oracle is an advantage
