• We are looking for  Assistant Quantity Surveyor  – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 1+ year quantity surveying with fitting-out companies
• Computer skill in MS Word & MS Excel
• Determine client needs, calculating costs and timelines and monitoring work progress.
• Meet with clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility
• Perform site measurement of works, variation claim, cost control, budgeting and settlement of final account of various projects
• Prepare quantities and coordinate with the Project Managers and Purchasing Department for material ordering
• Calculate material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
• Monitor subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
• 5.5 days work with alternative Saturday off
• Annual leave : 14 days
