Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to expand the company's online sales and presence in the Hong Kong market

•    Manage the e-commerce budget, forecast sales, and analyse actual results against plans to optimize the e-commerce division's performance

•    Oversee e-commerce sales and marketing operations, including product offering and supply management, pricing strategies, online campaigns, and content management

•    Conduct research to provide insights and support for business negotiations and strategic decision-making

•    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of e-commerce initiatives

•    Support and assist with other relevant brand management activities as a team player in the marketing department

•    Conduct order processing and fulfillment from the company's webstores and online marketplaces 

•    Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain department and carriers for delivery 

•    Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, and liaise with relevant parties to resolve them in line with the company's guidelines

•    Prepare daily and monthly sales reports

Requirements:

•    Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field

•    Min. 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce

•    Strong understanding of the Hong Kong e-commerce landscape, including third-party platforms, competitors, and key industry trends

•    Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing developments and innovations

•    Excellent team player with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills

•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
