About The Role

Based in Hong Kong regional Financial Team and reports to Supervisor, Finance, With a major focus on providing accounting support to the Asia Finance Team stationed in Hong Kong, including AP, AR, cash management, fixed asset management and reporting.

Job Functions

• Fully responsible for the AP functions across the regional offices.
• Ensure all AP data & information are correctly maintained in the ERP system, including new and existing vendors, invoices, and payment detail.
• Manage electronic funds transfer, overseas payment status, and proper authorization prior to payment being acquired.
• Monitor staff expenses reimbursement and reconcile Concur records to the ERP system.
• Prepare payment plan and manage all payments of coming-due invoices. Ensure all invoices are paid accurately and on time.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and prompt payment collection.
• Complete all month-end reporting and reconciliation requirements as per the agreed timeline.
• Respond to the stakeholders enquires on payment status and share the remittance advice with them.
• Manage the Fixed Assets register and movement record. Run the depreciation and fixed assets process monthly.
• Provide support to audits, company secretarial, contract approval, and ad hoc regional and/or local projects.
• Any other assignments and tasks from management in relation to finance function.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum three years of solid experience gained from MNC.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle and Smartview) is a must.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and with good analytical and management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
