Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as service partner to provide operational and clerical HR support, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, benefit administration, document preparation, etc.
- Answer employee enquiries on HR matters and ensure timely delivery of HR services to HR team and all employees
- Participate in process standardization and improvement of the HR Shared Service Center
- Support and ideate the filing system and database maintenance
- Assist in compiling and preparing HR reports and statistics
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business administration, or related fields
- 1-2 years of solid experience in Human Resources
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Attention to details with high accuracy
- A team player with proactive attitude and high sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel & Word)
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
