Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to support the growth and development of our organization's employees. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of frontline and corporate training, as well as experience in developing and delivering both virtual and in-person training programs.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
- Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, job aids, and instructor-led training sessions
- Conduct the Orientation trainings and maintain the day-to-day training according to the schedule
- Deliver training programs in both virtual and in-person settings, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively and that participants are engaged and learning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and managers, to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of the organization
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our training offerings
Who is our Right Fit
- At least 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Proficiency in communication and writing skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications and presentation tools
