(This is a fixed-term contract position of 6-month with possibility for renewal subject to organizational needs and individual performance.)

The successful candidate will support in employee engagement projects, employee wellness activities and diversity & inclusion initiatives within the Group. He / She will prepare promotional materials such as eDM and mobile app push, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate event logistics, and maintain proper records and documentation. He / She will also perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, analytical and detail-oriented
• Good team player with positive mindset and able to work independently
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
