Qualifications & experience

• Minimum F.7 / DSE or above educational qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
   

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to the sales department in their daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle and follow up on client inquiries and sales orders, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
• Arrange and coordinate the delivery of medical devices and reports to clinics or hospitals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain records and documentation related to sales activities, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of information.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
