Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with engineering leaders to forecast hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement effective talent acquisition plans.
- Sourcing and Screening: Leverage your extensive network and utilize the latest recruitment tools and techniques to identify, screen, and qualify top engineering talent.
- Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and providing timely feedback and updates.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate the offer and negotiation process, and ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Reporting and Analytics: Collect and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on engineering recruitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruitment technologies
- Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
