Internal Audit Manager

Company Information:

Our client is a well-known FMCG business in Hong Kong. We are helping to look for a Manager to join its internal audit department.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, plan and execute audit reviews and Team function in accordance with accepted professional standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management process
• Develop and perform specific audit procedures, including performing risk analysis and evaluation of controls and assessing the impact of control deficiencies
• Monitor and lead the review, provide guidance to subordinates and ensure the audit objectives are properly achieved
• Communicate and work with management and auditee for the review
• Identify area for value efficiency and effectiveness improvement and ensure that all audit findings are summarized in proper format
• Prepare comprehensive written reports to Head of Internal Audit for review

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting with professional qualification(s)
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory role
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG business is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills, attention to details and a team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
