One of the market leaders, with a strong business network in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a HR professional to cope with the business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to manage full spectrum of HR & Admin function for the company.
• Act as HRBP, responsible for talent acquisition, staffing plan, salary benchmarking, performance management, employee engagement, etc.
• Establish HR strategy, review and enhance HR policy and employee handbook.
• Closely communicate with business unit head to understand staffing needs, predict problem and recommend contingency plan.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, major in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
• More than 6-8 years of HR experience, in which 4 years at managerial grade
• Open to any background from servicing, retail, or similar industries.
• Hands-on and able to work independently as well as a team member.
• Positive and flexible, enjoy working at face paced environment
• Native Cantonese, fluent English, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office
