Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operation Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution of receiving, storage, and distribution activities. Implement best practices to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Warehouse Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity. Analyze current processes, develop innovative solutions, and lead projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure they meet performance standards and contractual obligations. Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster strong, collaborative partnerships.
• 5.5 Day Work is required 

Requirements
 

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines with at least 6 years relevant experience
• With working experience in Electronic Products / Fashion / Lifestyle products is definitely an advantage
• Strong in Logistics System enhancement and with experience in SAP system is a plus
• Proficiency in MS applications  
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
